Thursday, November 3, 2005

Village Hall
The Village of Capitan Board of Trustees held a special meeting at
Village Hall, Capitan, New Mexico on November 3, 2005. The meeting was
called to order by Mayor Sederwall at 6:30 pm. Present at the meeting
were Trustee Martin, Trustee Davis, and Trustee Tippin. Trustee Shearer
was absent.
Executive Session 10-15-1(H) 7 Threatened/Pending Litigation Police
Department Village Attorney Marc Prelo was not present at the meeting;
therefore the Governing Body was unable to go into executive session. A
discussion was held in open session with no action taken.
Motion by Trustee Tippin, seconded by Trustee Davis, to favor, motion
carried. adjourn at 6:40 pm. All in
