Special Meeting
Monday, December 27, 2004
The Village of Capitan Board of Trustees held a special meeting on
December 27, 2004 at the Village Hall Building. Mayor Steven Sederwall
called the meeting to order at 7:30 am. Trustees present were George
Tippin, Bill Martin, Ed Davis and Bobbi Shearer.
Executive Session: Motion by Trustee Martin seconded by Trustee Shearer
to go into executive session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)7 Threatened
Litigation of CCNG at 7:30 am. Roll Call: Trustee Shearer yes, Trustee
Davis yes, Trustee Martin yes Trustee Tippin yes.
Regular Session: Motion by Trustee Martin seconded by Trustee Davis to
go into Regular session at 8:27 am. All in favor, motion carried.
Trustee Shearer attested that Section 10-15-1(H) 7 Threatened
Litigation of CCNG as the only matter discussed.
Section 10- 15- I(H)7 Threatened Litigation of CCNG: Motion by Trustee
Shearer seconded by Trustee Martin to direct the Attorney Marc Prelo to
write a letter to the Town of Carrizozo as directed in the executive
session. Roll Call: Trustee Tippin yes, Trustee Martin yes, Trustee
Davis yes, Trustee Shearer yes.
Motion by Trustee Tippin seconded by Trustee Martin to adjourn at 8:30
am. All in favor, motion carried.
