The Village of Capitan Board of Trustees held a Public Hearing on
December 9, 2003 at the Village Hall Building. Mayor Steve Sederwall
called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm. Trustees present were George
Tippin, John Whitaker and Bobbi Shearer with Leroy Montes absentee.
Discussion was limited and there was no protest for the Beer and Wine
licenses for Rodney's Restaurant.
Adjournment: Motion by Trustee Whitaker and seconded by Trustee Shearer
to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:35 pm. All in favor, motion carried.
