Meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. Roll Call: Bobbi Shearer, here, George Tippin, here, John Whitaker, absent, Leroy Montes, absent. Also present were Village Clerk, Kathryn Griffin and Assistant Clerk, Amanda Vega.

Motion to approve agenda by Trustee Shearer. Motion seconded by Trustee Tippin. Motion carried.

There was some general discussion about the budget presented as well as some questions asked by the Trustees present. It was generally agreed that the budget would be looked at and then we would have another budget workshop on May 7, 2002, at 5:30 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Trustee Shearer. Motion seconded by Trustee Tippin. All in favor, motion carried. All in favor, motion carried. Time was 6:45 p.m.
