WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan applies for and has received Community Development Block Grants (CDBG); and
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan is required to comply with the Housing and Community Development Act in order to qualify for the Community Development Block Grants; and
WHEREAS, the following plans and policy need to be adopted by the Village of Capitan in order to comply with the Housing and Community Development Act:
        Citizen Participation Plan
        Residential Anti-Displacement & Relocation Assistance Plan
        Section 3 Plan
        Fair Housing Policy
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan meeting in regular session on the 13th day of April 2010 does approve the Citizen Participation Plan, the Residential Anti-Displacement & Relocation Assistance Plan, Section 3 Plan, and the Fair Housing Policy.
DONE, PASSED, AND APPROVED this 13th day of April 2010 by the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan, New Mexico.
