RESOLUTION 2004-02
BUDGET INCREASE
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan, meeting in
regular session on January 13th , 2004, did propose to make a budget
increase in the amount of $21,200.00 and,
WHEREAS, the budget increase is for the purpose of the Law Enforcement
Protection Fund, to be used for repair and purchase of law enforcement
apparatus and equipment which meet minimum national recognized
standards; expenses associated with advanced law enforcement planning
and training and funds relating to criminal justice programs.
NOW THEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that authorization to make
the above budget increase be granted by the Local Government Division
of the Department of Finance and Administration.
DONE, PASSED and APPROVED this 13 th day of January 2004 in the Village
of Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico.
