ORDINANCE 2005-01
AMENDING CHAPTER 5
SECTION 1-5-4 MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Capitan, New Mexico is
charged with making laws to protect the safety, health and general
welfare of the Village and its citizens, and;
WHEREAS, the Regular meeting of the Council was adopted in 2002 to
meeting at seven thirty o'clock (7:30) p.m., and;
WHEREAS, the governing body of the Village of Capitan believes it is in
the best interest of the community and the council to amend the time to
six thirty o'clock (6:30) p.m., Title 5 Section 1-5-4 A., and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the Village of
Capitan, County of Lincoln, State of New Mexico, at its regular meeting
on the 18th day of January, 2005 that Section 1-5-4 Meeting be amended
to state six thirty o'clock (6:30) p.m.;
This Ordinance shall take effect on February 3, 2005.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January 2005.
