NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of
Capitan. The public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Ordinance 2009-_____ Amending Section 1-9-4,
Correction Fees, Judicial Education Fees, and Court Administration Fees.
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
