NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Village of Capitan will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December
29, 2009 at the Village Hall at 5:00 PM regarding the replats of the
following properties:
Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 77, Original Plat of Capitan
Townsite
Lots 20, 21, 22, and 23, Block 83, Original Plat of
Capitan Townsite
Interested Parties may obtain copies of the proposed replats from Kay
Strickland at the Village Hall in Capitan, NM at 114 Lincoln or call
575-354-2247.
Interested Parties may present their views at the public hearing or by
written comments address to Mayor Hammons and the Village Trustees.
