NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2008, beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of
Capitan. The public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Ordinance 2008-_____ Adopting 2008 Changes
to the 2004 Compilation of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance adopted by the
legislature comprising Sections 12-1-1 through 12-13-6 inclusive, and
all changes through April 2008.
2. Ordinance 2008-_____Revision of Culvert Ordinance,
Title 7, Chapter 1 Section 7-1-1
3. Ordinance 2008-_____Increase of Water Rates, Title
9 – Utilities – Water Service Regulations, Section 9-2-8, 9-2-9, and
9-2-10.
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
